It is famous for its flavorful, aromatic curry leaves, which are a key component of Indian and Asian cuisine. This tree is indigenous to wet forests in Sri Lanka and India.

How to store– Distribute the curry leaves on a plate or baking sheet. Allow them to air dry on the counter or in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. They will appear wilted and crispy after drying. These can now be kept in an airtight container or glass jar.
